CORE BELIEFS
All classes, events, and retreats are rooted in the Three Pillars of Male Wellness: Movement, Meditation, and Masturbation. Each pillar is further supported by columns of Nature, Nudity, and Nutrition. Each pillar is scientifically proven to improve numerous markers of health in the human mind and body, and we embrace them as our guiding daily protocol.
Movement: physical exercise improves every aspect of human life from brain function to mortality. We understand the immense power movement has to transform ourselves both mentally and physically and embrace the hard work that it often required.
Meditation: taking time to regulate your own nervous system requires making space for stillness in your day. Meditation is scientifically proven to increase grey matter in the brain, which is responsible for the processing of sensation, perception, voluntary movement, learning, speech and cognition.
Masturbation: there should be no shame in physical pleasure, and mutual masturbation is seen a homosocial bonding activity that is best enjoyed in a group setting. It is worth noting that there is no scientific benefit to semen retention, and we believe an orgasm a day is a worthy goal for many reasons.
Nature: immersing oneself in nature is not longer an option in life, but a necessary and overlooked aspect of human longevity. In addition to numerous health benefits from grounding, a simple walk in a forest has been proven to boost NK cells in the body. Our primary defense in beating cancer.
Nudity: social nudity, specifically with strangers, has been proven to boost self-esteem and body image. Humans are meant to be naked, and in fact many early people ancient civilizations preferred to be nude. The word Gymnasium can be traced back to the Greek, meaning “to exercise naked.”
Nutrition: every decision we make has the ability to affect our mind and body, including the food we enjoy. With an influx of highly processed foods, which are highly toxic to humans, a recalibration of what "healthy eating" really means is essential for the continued health and happiness for all.

A simple walk in the forest has been proven to boost production of our own Natural Killer (NK) cells in the human body, our primary self defense against cancer, and has been shown to do so for up to 30 days afterward. Having an orgasm is another great way to increase NK cell production. It's only logical that an orgasm in the forest will deliver a doubly beneficial boost to your health."
